Define your Product and Get to Know Your Customer
After starting a business, the next challenge you have to face is how to sustain it. Who are you selling to, and how can you retain them? Most small business owners waste time and money in seeking clients and customers because they don’t define their target market, or because they feel that they need to be everything for everyone. Knowing your target market allows you to find your customer quicker, speak their language, and address their needs. In this workshop, participants will be able to take the time to get to know their target market better, define their brand story, and create a product plan for their customers.
1. To identify the different types of customers & clients;
2. To understand your product better, and indentify what sets it apart from others;
3. To define your brand story;
4. To create a product development plan for your target market.
Open to small business owners, creative businesses, start-ups, and creative freelancers.
