Define your Product and Get to Know Your Customer
The new normal is driven by new markets. There is room for everyone, and now is the time to reassess our business to find our place again. The customers that you had before might not be interested in what you offer right now. How do you move your merch & inventory, which you have invested so much in? What are the products you can create that will still represent that brand that you have built? This class will help you understand the value of your products, so that you can identify the groups that may view your product as a necessity. Get to know your new customer, redefine your message, and create a product+promotions plan.

2. To define your message;
3. To identify the different types of customers & clients;
4. To create a product development plan for your customer.
