Define your Product and Get to Know Your Customer
After starting a business, the next challenge you have to face is how to sustain it. Who are you selling to, and how can you retain them? Most small business owners waste time and money in seeking new clients because they don’t make an effort to know their existing buyers or because they feel that they need to be everything for everyone. Knowing your customer will help you find them quicker, speak their language, and address their needs. In this workshop, participants will be able to take the time to get to know their own products better, define their brand’s message, and create a product plan for their customers.
